Child Sexual Abuse Conference for Case Managers

Conference from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Family Support Line is proud to offer this informative and stimulating one day conference with support from the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency. Attending the conference will help you to:
- Explore the components and intricacies of child sexual abuse and how this trauma impacts victims and their families.
- Build a foundation for a sound treatment course by increasing knowledge and comfort with sex and sexuality.
- Recognize when consultation, referral and coordination of care with other professionals is needed.
- Understand the criminal and Child Protective Services laws and the therapeutic implications of reporting.
- Gain knowledge of Victims Compensation Assistance which may be available for the family.
