Successful Co-Parenting Programs
-- Help for divorced and separated families--

All parents need support.
The time surrounding a separation or divorce is an especially difficult one for most family members. The process of restructuring the family takes a toll on all those involved, especially children and teens.

In co-parenting, parents who are not living together often need guidelines in working out a relationship with each other so that together they can provide for their children's emotional and physical needs.

This 3 hour program is delivered by our group of experienced therapists and addresses the following:

  • Support -- to help you adjust to the changes in your life.
  • Information -- to help you better understand your child's response.
  • Tools -- to help you build a new relationship with your child.
  • Tips -- on communicating and fighting.
  • Guidelines -- for your relationship with the other parents.
  • Ideas -- on how to resolve conflict.
