It Takes The Village - 5K Health Fair

Family Support Line will be on hand to share information about child sexual abuse prevention and treatment during the 5K run on the stately grounds of The Village. We are pleased to lend our support to the agency, which runs an array of programs for traumatized youth -- and collaborates with Family Support Line. Later this year, we'll be visiting The Village's southwest office to provide training for Delco and Philly foster parents. We're looking forward to that, too!

One Stride At a Time Superhero Walk/Run Health Fair

We'll be cheering on runner and walkers from the Family Support Line table at this event that raises funds for substance abuse prevention.  The event, which is sponsored by the Delco Office of Behavioral Health, Division of Drug and Alcohol, is being coordinated by Child Guidance Resource Centers and hosted by Williamson College of the Trades.  Stop by our table to learn more more about the connection between sexual trauma and and substance abuse.  Find out how everyone in our community can help children and adults  find healthy alternatives to self-medicating with alcohol and drugs.

United Way Agency Fair

Family Support Line will be joining many other United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey agencies in Philly for their annual Agency Fair at Independence Blue Cross.

The United Way is committed to helping our communities heal in the wake of trauma.  We are proud to be part of the United Way family!
