Sexual Misconduct
This seminar is for all
ministerium in a congregation and looks at the importance of appropriate
boundaries and the impact when they are crossed. Often, seemingly
innocent and condoned behavior can cause injury. Topics include:
- Ethical arguments concerning adult sexual relationships between
those in the ministry and congregates
- Boundaries regarding sexual behavior
- Role and touch
- Sexual harassment laws and the church
- Strategies for preventing problems
