There are so many reasons to volunteer with Family Support Line. Volunteering is a way to be a part of the community, to be involved in an important issue that affects the well-being of the children around you. |
Volunteerism has long been the strength and backbone of Family Support Line. In 1984 Family Support Line was started by a group of volunteer social workers. They wanted to make a difference by providing sexually abused children and families specialized services that were not otherwise available. Today, volunteers support the many functions of the organization.
At Family Support Line we provide an avenue for you to meet wonderful and caring people and to have an enjoyable time working together. We provide opportunities for individuals and groups of friends, family, and co-workers to change pace and focus outside of their everyday routine.
