Family Support Line's Professional Reading Group
Our professional reading group meets monthly to discuss current readings on child sexual abuse, an issue that appears in the histories of all types of clients. It can have a devastating impact on development and on functioning throughout the lifespan.
The group is open to professionals in the community who would like tolearn more about child sexual abuse. This is a great way to stay current and connect with other professionals from the community.
Our first Professional Reading Group for 2010- 2011 will be on
Friday, September 24th at 10:30 am
We meet at the Coffee Club in Media PA
For 2010 - 2011 we will be reading the book, "The Body Remembers: the Psychophysiology of Trauma and Trauma Treatment"
