Dale is responsible for leading and managing the organization’s internal operations and functions. She provides key support to the organization and its staff. Dale oversees facilities and equipment, makes sure the agency meets grant requirements, manages human resources, and ensures compliance with all standards, rules, and regulations.
One of the most rewarding responsibilities of the Operations Assistant is to set the tone in the reception area for the children and families who come in. While in our center Stephanie tries to change the environment, if just for a short time, and ensure the families have a positive experience while visiting us.
After 46 years of employment with AT&T, the majority in Management, Stephanie‘s experience, and training as a manager have helped to develop her people and communication skills. In addition, being a mother and grandmother has enabled her to communicate, listen and understand a 3-year-old child, a 30-year-old parent, or a 65-year-old grandmother.
Quite often children come in scared, not sure what to expect, and when their time with us has ended, they don’t want to leave. Steph said “One of the funniest comments was when a child once asked his mom ‘Can I have my birthday party here.’” Another memorable moment was when a child who was very quiet at first, a little scared and unsure with not knowing what to expect asked Stephanie “Can I have a hug?” before leaving the office.
After turning down her first job offer to work in Washington, DC at The US Justice Department. she ended up at AT&T for 46 years. Stephanie attended Temple University while working towards her BA in Business and received her Management and Sales training through the AT&T School of Business. After retirement she resumed her education at The University of Phoenix, focusing on one of her passions, Ancient History. Stephanie loves to paint, make cards, and stay totally up on what’s going on in the world of technology, is an Apple Fangirl, a Laura Craft gamer, loves Science Fiction movies, and is a Trekkie.
Working in Social Services was never on Stephanie’s radar, but when she looks back over her life, she feels this is exactly where she is supposed to be.

She later served as a family advocate at the CAC where she was able to support and advocate for families referred to the Child Advocacy Center.

She was able to support families through the entire process. Hannah held this position for three years prior to transitioning to her current role as a forensic interviewer.
Hannah has years of experience working with children and a passion for social justice. Hannah has a love for animals and Philadelphia sports and likes to spend her time at the beach or with friends.
